Number 3 Marlin court is a two storey house with some views of
the reef from the upstairs balcony.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets, It
is ideal for two families with 10 being the maximum number of occupants.
Upstairs is a large main bedroom with queen bed, a spacious
living / dining / kitchen area, a bathroom and toilet.
Downstairs there are two additional bedrooms, one with queen
bed and the other with 3 bunk beds. The laundry and second toilet are adjacent.
The upstairs area is equipped with split system
air-conditioning, the other rooms have fans.

Bookings are generally taken from Saturday to Saturday. Should
you have a specific requirement, depending on the season, we may be able to
accommodate your request.
Once we have confirmed the house is available and we can accept your booking a
deposit of 50% of the rent is required. Full payment plus a bond
is payable 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your stay. Credit card
facilities are available for your convenience.
